Creating a Potawatomi Cookbook

A presentation by Niganbekwek | Kim Nootbaar, moderated by Czarina Thompson, about the process of collecting and assembling recipes for Kim’s cookbook, “Nokmes Nwij Wjanda: I am cooking with my Grandmother.” There will also be a recipe tasting. Participants are welcome to share a recipe and memories of their own.
